MLB playoffs feature wide open matchups

Major League Baseball tosses out the first pitch on the post season with three games and this year's October schedule is wide open and filled with intriguing possibilities.

Minnesota Twins faced tough odds just to reach the playoffs. The Twins finished an incredible 30 games above .500 after being eight games below .500 at one point in May.
